For the first time in India we have introduced a state-of-art blow molding machine with in-mould labeling features as a part of our innovation.

This machine imbibes a pre-decorated technique where a label is placed in the open mold and becomes an integral part of the molded object when bottle is blown molded.

With the introduction of in-mold labeling, you can eliminate the post molding process of labeling or direct printing because the pre-decorated labels are inserted into the mold when forming the bottle. This method eliminates the printing problem of color distortion and it also stays away from soiling and contamination that are often associated with the direct printing method. You can also reduce the production cost by reducing the transportation to and from the printer, the storage space, and labour, which impacts your productivity and economy.
